In-home adult respite program providing temporary relief to caregivers of adults with a disability, dementia or other chronic illness. We will visit you in your home to meet with you and your loved one to assess your respite needs and develop a suitable plan of care. A support worker will then come into your home on a regular basis to provide temporary caregiving duties for your loved one. Respite may include homemaking services such as meal preparation or light housekeeping and recreation and stimulation activities.
