Provides a Partner Assault Response (PAR) Program intake that lasts about 30-50 minutes. In this appointment, you will complete the intake package and discuss program eligibility, details, and expectations with your intake worker for registration into the program.
Note: You must attend your intake from a quiet private space. You must not attend if you are driving, even if the device is hands-free or if you are the passenger. Should this occur, your intake worker will reschedule your appointment. If you are using a cell phone or tablet, you will need to download the free Zoom Workplace App prior to clicking the link at the scheduled time.
It is mandatory that you are the only person to complete the information requested.
