Service Details
!For Toronto families ONLY
Description
Hearing screenings are provided for infants with the goal of identifying permanent hearing loss as early as possible. Early detection and intervention is critical for a child's language development. If a child does not pass the screening, additional testing is available to determine whether a permanent hearing loss exists. If so, follow-up support is provided to connect families to resources that will help maximize their child's communication abilities.
