Rapid Access Counselling is all about having the right conversation at the right time. Our single session counselling program can support individuals, couples, and families with a 75 minute counselling appointment, often available within the week so you can get the support you need when you need it! While our model is "single session" clients are welcome to book with us anytime that a change focused conversation could support them. For immediate, crisis counselling or after hour emergencies, contact the 24 hour Calgary Distress Centre Crisis Line at 403.266.HELP (4357). Please note: as this service is single session counselling, we request that clients only book one session at a time, and no more than one session per week. If more than one booking is noted, one session will be cancelled.
