Our experienced and professional team of counsellors can support you in dealing with a difficult time by providing a warm and non-judgmental safe space to share your concerns and challenges. carya‘s Language Specific Counselling team can help you with different areas of concerns including but not limited to:

• Depression and anxiety - Trauma symptoms - Life transitions - Isolation - Family relationship conflicts - Life after divorce or separation - Parenting - Grief and loss
• Anger and stress - Referral services Languages Available: Mandarin (普通话), Punjabi (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ/ پن٘جابی), Spanish (Español ), Urdu (اردو), and Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt). Through Professional Interpretation Services we are able to provide counselling in many other languages. Please indicate your language preference and we will do our best to arrange an interpreter. It may take up to two weeks to schedule an appointment through Professional Interpretation Services.

Please note: we do not provide reports for lawyers or Immigration processes. Our Approach: The Language Specific Counselling Service will provide you up to eight sessions as needed. It is offered on a first come first serve basis. You and your counsellor will discuss and decide appropriate ways to reach to your goals in the most supportive and culturally sensitive approach. This is a unique offering of counselling in Calgary, and each client will work with their counsellor to find the best approach.
