Our program provides therapeutic crisis therapy to newcomers within 24 hours of receiving a referral. Services are delivered by trained therapists who speak the client’s first language, ensuring culturally and linguistically responsive care during times of acute emotional distress. This rapid response helps stabilize individuals as they navigate the challenges of resettlement.
Eligibility: Youth (12 years and older) who are:
- Experiencing a mental health or emotional crisis
- Struggling with emotional overwhelm, disconnection, or uncertainty about their feelings during a crisis
- Seeking to build coping strategies and emotional stability
