Counselling for children ages 4-12 and their adult/s preferably in person (at one of our 7 locations) focusing on attachment and increasing bonds to express emotions and manage behaviours. Sessions can include play therapy, art, Theraplay, movement, mindfulness etc. We are 2SLGTBQ+ and BIPOC affirming. If caregivers of children under 9 years old would like therapy for their children, they are welcome to complete the online therapy referral on the Trellis website and will be added to the waitlist.
