Appointments are required for all laboratory collections. Registration All patients requiring bloodwork need to register in the admitting department prior to attending the laboratory. Requisitions If your health care provider has given you a requisition for testing you must bring it with you or upload in the form. Special Considerations Overnight Fasting Required for the following: · Glucose Fasting · Glucose Tolerance Test GTT/75 GTT/OGT Note: 50g Glucose for Gestational Diabetes no fasting required · Lipid/ Cholesterol Profile (we also offer non-fasting lipid profile) · C-peptide · Growth Hormone GH · Bile Acids Cortisol AM: Book at 8 AM only Flow Cytometry (CD4/CD8): Book before 9 AM for Little Current and before 08:20 Mindemoya HLA B27: Monday to Wednesday before 9 AM for Little Current and before 08:20 Mindemoya
