Description

Do you find yourself reacting to life automatically and wish you could slow down or try something different? Are you curious about the benefits of mindfulness but would like more guidance? Join us in this 8 week group where we will better understand mindfulness practices and how we can use them to be kinder to our minds.

People who are more mindful are happier, report less anxiety, symptoms of depression, anger and worries. Being more mindful can reduce stress, increase gratitude, hope and vitality. Being kind to your mind takes patience, practice, and repetition. This group provides content and support to help you build mindfulness practices into your everyday life and start seeing the benefits of being kinder to your mind.

Fall Offerings:

Location: Bowmont Commons (5000 Bowness Road NW, T2B 0B9) Dates: September 9 to November 4(Tuesdays) No group Sept 30 Time: 10:00am to 12:00pm

Location: Village Commons (610 8th ave SE, T2G 5B4) Dates: October 20 to December 1(Mondays) Time: 1:00pm to 3:00pm
