This group is for youth who identify LGBTQ+ to help reduce stress, decrease unhelpful thoughts and make healthy choices.

This group is run in partnership with the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board and Compass Community Health.

Duration: 9 weekly, In Person, 2-hour sessions
