This group offers a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth to explore identity, build confidence, and connect with others.

Participants will: • Learn skills to improve mood and reduce worries • Build healthy coping and decision-making strategies • Explore and celebrate personal strengths • Connect with other 2SLGBTQIA+ youth in a welcoming environment

This group is run in partnership between Hamilton Family Health Team, Hamilton-Wentworth District School Boards and Compass Community Health.

Group is run after school from 3:30-5:00pm, 9 weekly In Person, 2 hour sessions.
