This group is for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth aged 11-13 and 14-18, providing a supportive space to explore identity, manage emotions and build confidence.

Participants will learn: • Strengthen positive thinking • Reduce depression and anxiety • Improve coping and decision-making skills • Celebrate personal strengths

This group is run in partnership with the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Boards and Compass Community Health.

Group is run after school from 3:30-5:30pm, 9 weekly In Person, 2 hour sessions.
