In this workshop, we will cover • signs of high blood sugars • understanding your lab results • identifying which foods have carbohydrates • how to create balanced meals • how to use the glycemic index tool to choose carbohydrates with less impact on blood sugars • the benefit of testing your meals to identify which meals are causing high blood sugars so you can make an adjustment • the benefit of daily movement and activity to reduce insulin resistance and improve blood sugars Duration: each session, 1.5 hours **Location: Workshop locations will vary.
