Women's Centre : Mondays, September 15- December 1, 1:00-3:00pm *This group is for female identifying participants only

Bowmont Commons : Thursdays, September 18 - December 4. 9:00-11:00am

*This is a registered group however, participants are welcome to join throughout as space allows. Please call for availability.
