The Mindful Eating program will help you to identify and manage food cravings and emotional eating and learn techniques such as mindfulness. **Duration:** 6 weekly, 2-hours **Virtual groups: you must have your camera on and a microphone in order to participate** **Location: Workshop locations will vary.
