Description

This 8 week group is designed to offer education, resources, and a supportive space for caregivers with children aged 6-14 who experience anxiety.

This group helps parents and caregivers understand anxiety and its connection to emotions, explore the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and learn strategies to build their child’s confidence and independence. It also addresses common barriers that anxious children face, providing practical tools to support them in navigating challenges. Through guidance and shared experiences, this program empowers caregivers to foster resilience and emotional well-being in their children.
