Our Nurse Practitioner currently offers **virtual care for non‑emergency health concerns**. You can book a virtual appointment if you live in Midland, Penetanguishene, Tiny, Tay, or Beausoleil First Nation, and have an email, phone number, a device with camera/sound, and a strong internet connection. You will also need access to a **safe, private space** for the visit (this will be checked at the start of your appointment). Virtual care can help with diagnosis, tests, prescriptions, referrals, sexual and reproductive health, and general health support, whether or not you have a family doctor. **If you are in crisis or have serious symptoms** (like chest pain, trouble breathing, overdose, or a mental health emergency), do not book an appointment—go to the nearest emergency department or call 9‑1‑1; if a crisis comes up during a virtual visit, emergency services will be contacted for your safety.
