Provides nutritious, hot & frozen meals delivered to the home by caring volunteers for residents within the Quinte West community. We provide meals to seniors, persons recovering from illness and/or surgery, persons with disabilities, or those who aren’t able to do their own grocery shopping and/or cook for themselves. Hot Meals are prepared by a local caterer and are delivered Monday to Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Clients receive a monthly menu listing the meals available for each day. If they do not like the meal being offered that day they can choose to order a soup and sandwich. Delivery service allows us to provide both nutrition and a safety check at the client’s doorstep.
