Description
Provides a variety of education workshops and presentations that address the symptoms of dementia, care and coping strategies, adapting to changes, and planning for the future. Most programs are specifically designed for the primary care partner (CP), with one or two offerings tailored for the person living with dementia (PLWD) to help them better understand their condition and learn strategies to live well.
Primarily for care partners; some sessions include individuals with Alzheimer’s/dementia, who must attend with their care partner.
